To check your baggage, you must go to the counter assigned to you by the airline. There, you will receive your Boarding Pass (boarding pass) and Baggage Check.

It is very important that you do not accept to transport or check baggage of unknown persons for your own safety and that of other passengers.

Baggage Allowance

The price of your ticket includes the cost of transporting your baggage up to a weight limit determined by the airline or by the aviation regulations in force.

On Domestic Flights, airlines allow up to 26kg. for First Class passengers and 20kg. for passengers in other categories.

On International Flights, the same system applies as for domestic flights except for the United States, Canada and other American countries (check with your airline), whose modality is that of “pieces” limiting the number of packages and allowing a certain volume of the same.

If you exceed the weight of your baggage, you must pay an extra amount to be determined by the airline, as long as the travel conditions allow it.

Limitations and exclusion of liability

There are certain types of baggage that, due to their size, shape, weight or characteristics, may be rejected by the airline.

To avoid inconveniences, we recommend that you do not include in your checked baggage items with the following characteristics: perishable items, fragile items, valuables (money, jewelry, electronic items, etc.), medicines, documents, keys, sharp objects, etc. There are companies that do not accept responsibility for the transportation of these objects.

Security recommendations

Do not leave your luggage unattended “do not accept or transport items that are not yours”.
Abandoned luggage will be discarded by security personnel.
